Course Booking Procedure<\/strong><\/span>
To guarantee your place on an Auto Education training course, please register on our website at www.autoeducationacademy.com or email: training@autoeducationacademy.com. Our aim is to provide training locally where possible but is subject to the demand for an individual course. Full details of the locations and course dates are available on the website. On receipt of your booking we will confirm by email or site notification.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pricing and Payment<\/strong><\/span>
If you have a trade account with Euro Car Parts \/ LKQ or Andrew Page Ltd, the course fee can be invoiced to your business. Credit \/ debit cards are accepted.<\/span>
Course fees include tuition notes, use of relevant equipment, lunch and refreshments. All prices exclude VAT.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span>
The following cancellation policy is in effect. Please be aware that it is Auto Education prerogative to pass any cancellation charges onto the delegate.<\/span>

\u2022 Less than 7 days\u2019 25% Charge<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellations may be subject to an Admin \/ Course Registration charge of \u00a325.00<\/span><\/p>\n

To postpone or cancel a course booking, please e-mail training@autoeducationacademy.com or cancel your seat online via your login on the LMS platform. We reserve the right to cancel courses, when appropriate or for circumstances beyond our control. It will be our policy to offer alternative dates in the first instance. Where delegates are unable to take up this offer, we will issue a full refund. No liability will be accepted for loss of earnings or expenses should a course be cancelled. Entry Qualifications and Prerequisite Knowledge<\/strong><\/span>
Candidates should refer to the individual course overviews to establish the pre-requisite requirements for each course. Attendance may be challenged on courses requiring specific qualifying conditions. Whilst it is advisable to follow the recommended path shown on the programme structure within this prospectus, individuals may choose to sit courses, providing that they have previous experience or the required Qualifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

Course Examinations<\/strong><\/span>
Practical testing and questions range from multi-choice to specific answer types and are taken from the course content. These are used as a measure of the delegate\u2019s knowledge and skills acquisition. A certificate will be issued to successful delegates achieving the required pass mark, which is variable dependent on Course.\u00a0 The examiner\u2019s decision is final.<\/span>
Those delegates who are unsuccessful may take one re-sit of the course examination by arrangement. This may be done on courses held regionally and may be subject to charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Re-Sit Procedure (MOT Testers\/Managers\/Level 3 Accreditation)<\/strong><\/span>
